Delivery Rules

At MakersBD.com, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery service for our customers across Bangladesh. Please read the following delivery rules carefully before placing an order.


1. Delivery Locations

  • MakersBD.com delivers to all major cities and sub-cities within Bangladesh. Delivery availability may vary depending on your location.
  • If your area is outside our standard delivery zones, we may contact you to discuss alternate delivery arrangements or additional charges.


2. Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: Orders placed within Dhaka city are typically delivered within 1-3 business days from the order confirmation date.
  • Outside Dhaka: Orders placed outside Dhaka may take 2-5 business days for delivery, depending on the location and the courier service availability.
  • Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by public holidays, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: A standard delivery charge of 60Tk applies to all orders within Dhaka city.
  • Outside Dhaka: For deliveries outside Dhaka, the delivery charge is 120Tk.
  • Half delivery may be offered on certain promotional items or when your order total exceeds 799Tk.
  • Free delivery may be offered on certain promotional items or when your order total exceeds 1499Tk.


4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 6PM or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Once processed, you will receive an order confirmation and shipping details via email or SMS.


5. Delivery Confirmation

  • After the order is dispatched, you can track the order using phone number and invoice number which will be provided via SMS or email, allowing you to track your shipment online.
  • Upon delivery, you (or someone on your behalf) will be required to sign a delivery receipt to confirm that the package has been received in good condition.


6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If our delivery team cannot reach you at the provided address, they will attempt to contact you. If delivery fails after two attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
  • In cases where the delivery fails due to incorrect address details, customers will be responsible for any additional delivery charges.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders inside Dhaka and selected regions outside Dhaka.
  • The maximum order amount for COD is 5000Tk. For orders above this amount, payment must be made in advance.
  • Customers are required to have the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery, as our delivery personnel may not carry change.


8. Inspection and Acceptance of Goods

  • Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package to ensure it is not damaged. If you find any damage to the package, immediately inform the delivery personnel and the supplier.
  • If the product inside is found to be damaged after opening the package, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.


9. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • In case of delivery delays beyond the estimated timeframe, our customer service team will notify you via email or SMS.
  • If a shipment is lost or cannot be delivered due to courier issues, MakersBD.com will take responsibility and either offer a full refund or resend the product at no additional charge.


10. Public Holidays and Exceptional Circumstances

  • Deliveries may be delayed during public holidays, national strikes, or during times of natural disasters.
  • We will notify you of any expected delays during such circumstances.


11. International Delivery

Currently, MakersBD.com only offers delivery within Bangladesh. We do not ship internationally.
