Description
Assembly Instructions:
1. Upon receiving the mainboard, first connect the charging cable for input testing. Observe the display status and confirm the screen illuminates before proceeding with soldering.
2. For normal operation, the battery wires must be soldered directly. Connections via wire twists, alligator clips, or spring clips may cause insufficient power supply, affecting charging/discharging. Ensure proper insulation protection for the battery terminals to prevent accidental contact with the mainboard during use, which could cause damage.
3. Connect the battery positive terminal to the B+ pin on the mainboard and the negative terminal to the B- pin. Do not reverse polarity. Reversal will burn the mainboard; burnt ICs will show visible traces. This damage occurs only from reverse connection or accidental contact.
4. Use 3.7V lithium batteries only. Lithium iron phosphate batteries are not compatible. Connect batteries in parallel, not series. Series connection creates excessive voltage that will burn the mainboard.
5. The mainboard incorporates built-in protection. Soldered batteries require no additional protection board. Battery protection boards impose current limits; exceeding these limits will cause output disconnection.
6. After installing the mainboard and batteries, secure the batteries with adhesive tape. For battery models with thickness discrepancies relative to the casing, assess whether spacers are needed to prevent a sagging sensation when pressing the casing after assembly. Issues like battery rattling or casing deformation due to failure to check thickness differences or secure batteries with tape constitute improper assembly. We assume no responsibility for casing damage or battery failure resulting from disassembly under such circumstances.
7. The snap-fit casing is not designed for repeated disassembly. Always test all functions- motherboard output/input, fast charging, buttons, display, etc.—before closing the casing. Ideally, perform several charge/discharge cycles to confirm functionality before sealing. Issues arising from assembling and closing the casing without prior testing constitute improper assembly. We assume no responsibility for casing damage or battery failure resulting from disassembly required due to such issues.
Instructions:
1. Regarding activating fast charging for your phone: Fast charging protocols are categorized as public or proprietary. This motherboard utilizes an intelligent fast-charging chip compatible with mainstream public fast-charging protocols, supporting rapid charging for various smartphone brands. Before ordering, please verify your phone's compatibility with public protocols to ensure fast charging functionality.
2. Regarding heat generation during charging: When the power bank operates, current flows through the mainboard and chips, resulting in energy conversion losses. These losses dissipate as heat. During fast charging, higher power output causes more noticeable heat-a normal physical phenomenon.
3. Battery capacity display may appear inaccurate immediately after connecting the battery. The battery meter features self-learning capacity recognition. It will display accurately after several charge/discharge cycles.
